I know this because the second the words "low carb" come out of my mouth, either their eyes glaze over or they change the subject. Or they express their happiness that I've found something that works for me, and explain why it would never work for them. If we do manage to make it past that point, which almost never happens, and I start explaining any of the science, the look on their face makes me feel like that teacher whose class a student dreads.
So what I'm going to do now is list the doctors I follow online, where you can find all the information I've found and learn everything I've learned. Look them up on Youtube or whatever platform you use to listen to podcasts, as they all have done many interviews, and some have podcasts of their own. Also look them up on Amazon because most of them have written books.
